There follows a trailer for the event of the firing... it worked wonderfully!

This is Dupo 17 (aka Tybalt)  a little abandoned kitten found and cared for this week by our lovely house guests from UCL. Introductions between Ralph and Dupo went as well as can be expected...in as much as the kitten survived, largely due to the fact Johnny was sat on Ralph throughout. Dupo was  however intrigued by Ralphie's wagging tail and fearlessly made a dive for it, and actuality bit the end of it... that was the end of the encounter.

Good times were had by all, the were blessed with  fine weather,  they visited Auberterre, Kate swam in the river, they wrote some essays, made some work, ate some fine food, cooked some darn good food, drank a fair bit of wine, met some interesting folk, soaked a few rays, visited potters and Jacqui fell in love with Ralph ...or was it vice versa!

He is also working of a mural in La Chapelle, watch this space for progress.....
